Hillside Accommodation - Windhoek

I recently stayed at this hotel during a three-month business assignment in Namibia and was pleasantly surprised by its value for money. The hotel is located in a safe area, tucked away in a quiet street, yet still conveniently close to downtown and restaurants. The rooms were spacious and clean, with basic amenities and a shower that had braai facilities. The staff provided excellent service and were always attentive to detail. I also enjoyed the breakfast spread, which offered a variety of options to start the day off right.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was great and I couldn't find anything that needed improvement.

I had a fantastic experience with the hotel facilities and services. The staff was very friendly and helpful, going out of their way to show me around and make me feel comfortable. The hotel was very clean and neat, with lots of natural light coming in through the large windows. It was conveniently located near shopping centers and the transport system. The hotel also had free parking.

the apartments are spacious and modern, fitted with all the amenities like satellite TV, free WiFi and equipped kitchen. the air-conditioned bedroom and bathroom were comfortable and clean. the staff were friendly and efficient; they made our request for an extra night a breeze.

There was a delay in cleaning the apartment and the towels were not replaced one day.

This hotel is a great choice for short term business assignments. The location is excellent, situated in a busy yet very quiet street in a safe area. It is close to restaurants and the downtown, making it convenient for dining and exploring the city. The rooms are well kept and spacious, providing good value for money. The staff is fantastic, always pleasant and quick to provide assistance. Additionally, the basic amenities provided, such as braai facilities and nice double beds, add to the comfort and convenience of the stay.

The apartment had free WiFi and a comfortable couch. The bedroom had air conditioning, a modern feel, and was spacious. The location was close to a well-known restaurant and suitable for self-drive travelers.

The TV was difficult to navigate and some of the appliances were old with worn off instructions. The breakfast area was small with limited options and missing cutlery.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. the beds were cozy and the bathroom had a shower and a bath. the location was great and we enjoyed the balcony with fresh air.

We experienced some issues with the staff. We arrived late due to the office being closed, and the person we finally reached was rude.

Beautiful and comfortable apartments, well-equipped, great for cooking, lots of natural light, secure with 24h video vigilance, friendly and helpful staff.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Windhoek and had a fantastic experience. the value for money was exceptional. The prices were very reasonable and the hotel offered a lot for what you paid. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive. The rooms were well-finished and had all the basic amenities you would expect from a good hotel. I especially loved the rooms with braai facilities, perfect for a relaxing evening. Lastly, the location was ideal. Situated in a busy yet very quiet street, in a safe area, it provided a peaceful environment to unwind. The hotel truly exceeded my expectations.

The only thing I could say is that there was room for improvement in terms of breakfast options.
